Find your symptom below. Most problems here have a one-step fix.

Building

Reload the page. The workspace tracks progress over a live connection. If that connection drops, the display can keep showing the old state after the Builder has actually finished. Reloading reconnects and reads the true state. You are not losing work, and reloading does not cost extra credits.
Check what the preview pane says:
  • preview starting… — nearly there. Wait a few seconds.
  • this session is asleep — select Wake preview or send a message.
  • no live preview — the build settled without a running app. Ask for a change to keep building, or publish.
If it stays on preview starting… for more than a couple of minutes, reload the page.
First reload — the display may simply be stale. If it is genuinely stuck, select Stop, then send:
If that does not help, Start fresh archives the session and starts over. Your files and published site are kept.
Ask it to revert that specific part. Naming exactly what you want back is more reliable than “undo that”.Smaller, more specific requests stay better scoped.
Usually temporary — the Builder fixes its own breakage as it goes and does not report routine recovery. If it stays broken, describe what you see in plain terms: “the homepage is blank” or “the schedule section shows an error”.

Publishing

Publishing ships your last completed milestone. Wait for the Builder’s summary, then publish.
Addresses are globally unique, and some names are reserved. Pick another — see Site addresses.
Remove capitals, spaces, accents, and symbols. The name cannot start or end with a hyphen.
The review dialog describes one exact version, and it went stale — either time passed or the Builder kept working. Select Publish again to review the current version.
Select Publish again. A failed publish leaves your existing live site untouched and never releases your claimed name.
Published sites are snapshots — they update only when you publish again. If you have published, hard-refresh or open the site in a private window to bypass your browser cache.See Update a published site.
Addresses cannot currently be changed. Create a new workspace and publish that to the name you want.

Credits and billing

Add credits on the Usage page, or wait for your daily allowance to refill at midnight UTC.Nothing is lost while you are out of credits.
Three things spend credits: the Builder working, the machine running your app while awake, and publishing.Check Last 30 days on the Usage page for the breakdown, and see Track your usage for ways to spend less.
Select Refresh usage. Settlement can lag by a few minutes. If it persists, contact support.
Check Monthly spend limit on the Usage page. Usage pauses for the month once spend reaches your cap.

Running your company

Suggestions start after your first build. On your first visit of the day the slate can take a moment — Still putting today's tasks together. Try again in a moment. And some days the generator genuinely has nothing to add.
Open its run history to see what went wrong — usually an app connection that needs reconnecting or a job description that needs sharpening. Fix it and resume.
Either you hit the daily send limit (it resets tomorrow; paid plans have a higher limit) or sending is paused for delivery problems — the page says so. Receiving always works. See Your company inbox.
Deleting is never done, sending never happens from automations, and a skill you switched off refuses by name. See App permissions.

Account

Create an account. Everything you started as a guest moves across. You must sign up before you can open the Builder or publish.
Set the name in SettingsCompanyOverview, or ask the coach to rename it.
Check which company is active in the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Workspaces belong to a company, and the app only shows the active one’s. Search (⌘K) also finds them by name.
Some privacy extensions and browser settings strip the security header Skarmy uses to verify that requests really come from you. Try a different browser or disable the extension for app.skarmy.ai.
Not available yet. Sending an invite returns Invites are coming soon.
