# Plans

> Skarmy Free, Pro at $20 a month, and Business at $50 a month — what each changes, and how to upgrade.

Skarmy has three self-serve plans and an enterprise arrangement. The main difference between them is how many credits you get each month; a few running-your-company limits scale too.

## The plans

### Bigger credit allowances

On a paid plan you can scale the monthly allowance up with a credit multiplier — 2×, 4×, 8× and beyond, each priced accordingly with a small saving at the larger sizes. Pick the allowance from the dropdown on the plan card.

### Enterprise

Volume pricing, custom arrangements, and sales-led onboarding. Select **Book a demo** on the Billing page, or contact [sales@skarmy.ai](mailto:sales@skarmy.ai).

## What does not change between plans

The product is the same everywhere:

* The coach and the Builder
* The live preview and publishing to `yourname.skarmy.ai`
* Workspaces, files, tasks, inbox, apps, and automations
* Top-ups

A paid plan buys you more building and more headroom, not a different Skarmy.

## Billing intervals

Plans can be billed monthly or yearly. Paying yearly costs the equivalent of nine months — the toggle calls it **3 months free**.

Your credit allowance does not depend on the interval — a yearly Pro subscription grants the same monthly credits as a monthly one.

## Upgrade

    Select the upgrade card in the sidebar footer, or go to **Settings** → **Account** → **Billing**.

    If you have not paid before, select **Add a payment method** and enter your card, then **Save card**.

    **Expected result:** `Card saved — click your plan again to complete the upgrade`.

  <Step title="Choose your plan">
    Select the plan you want.

    **Expected result:** `You're upgraded — welcome aboard`, and the Billing page shows your new plan.

Your monthly credits are granted for the cycle you are in.

## Change or cancel

Go to **Settings** → **Account** → **Billing** to manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices.

A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Credits you bought as top-ups are unaffected — they never expire.

## Verify

* **Billing** shows the plan you expect.
* **Usage** shows a monthly allowance after upgrading.

## Troubleshooting

| Message                                                      | What to do                                                             |
| ------------------------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `Your card was declined`                                     | Try another card, or check with your bank.                             |
| `Couldn't start the upgrade — try again`                     | Select your plan again.                                                |
| `Couldn't start checkout — try again`                        | Reload the page and retry.                                             |
| `Card saved — click your plan again to complete the upgrade` | Not an error. Select your plan once more to finish.                    |
| Upgraded but no monthly credits                              | Reload the **Usage** page. If they are still missing, contact support. |
