# Account and settings

> Every settings section in Skarmy — company, account, and user — what each controls, and which parts are not available yet.

Settings is split into three groups: your **Company**, your **Account**, and **User** — you personally.

## Open settings

Select the settings gear in the sidebar footer, or open **Settings** from Search (**⌘K**).

## Company

| Section          | What it controls                                 |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Overview**     | Your company's name and details                  |
| **Email** | The address your company sends and receives from |
| **Members** | People with access to this company |
| **Integrations** | Connect Skarmy to the tools you already use |

### Overview

Rename your company here (up to 80 characters), or by asking the coach. This is also where you delete a company.

<Warning>
  Deleting a company removes it and makes its workspaces inaccessible, though sites you have published stay online. It cannot be undone, and your last remaining company cannot be deleted.
</Warning>

### Email

Your company's `@mail.skarmy.ai` handle. See [Your company inbox](/company/inbox) for the rules.

### Members

Shows you, with your role. A company today belongs to one person.

<Note>
  Team invites are not available yet — sending an invite returns *Invites are coming soon*, and the Seats section notes that the Business plan will add team seats.
</Note>

### Integrations

The same app catalog as the **Apps** page, embedded in settings. See [Connect your apps](/company/apps).

## Account

| Section     | What it controls                                 |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Usage**   | Your plan's credits and how you're spending them |
| **Billing** | Plan, payment methods, and invoices |

See [Track your usage](/credits/track-usage) and [Billing and top-ups](/credits/billing-and-top-ups).

## User

| Section        | What it controls                |
| -------------- | ------------------------------- |
| **Profile** | How you appear across Skarmy |
| **Appearance** | Theme and dashboard colors |
| **Security**   | Sign-in methods and sessions    |
| **Advanced** | Data export and account removal |

### Appearance

Dark, light, or system theme, plus a hue slider that tints your dashboard background. The hue control also lives in the account menu.

### Security

Skarmy supports two ways to sign in:

* **Email and password**
* **Continue with Google**

There are no other sign-in methods, and no API keys.

<Note>
  Password changes, two-factor authentication, and managing other sessions are not available yet — each returns a *coming soon* message. Email changes are coming soon too.
</Note>

### Advanced

* **Export your data** — not available yet.
* **Delete account** — submits a deletion request: you confirm by typing your email, and the team confirms by email within 24 hours. Until then your account stays active.

<Warning>
  Account deletion is permanent once processed. Publish or note down anything you want to keep first.
</Warning>

## Switching companies

The company switcher sits at the top of the sidebar. Select **New company** to create one — you can hold up to ten.

The active company determines which workspaces, tasks, inbox, files, and dashboard you see.

## Verify

* **Settings** → **Company** → **Overview** shows the name you expect.
* **Security** lists the sign-in method you actually use.
* **Usage** shows a current balance.
